Last updated: October 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to https://clipmaro.site and the creative production services offered under the Clip Maro Productions brand. The site and services are operated by Clip Maro Productions Inc., a Washington corporation with its principal office at 11601 Wilshire Blvd Suite 500, Los Angeles, CA 90025, United States.
Acceptance
By accessing our site, requesting a quote, approving a project, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the site or services.
Services
Clip Maro Productions provides video production, editing, post-production, content development, and related creative services. Each engagement may be described in a written quote, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other project confirmation. Project scope, deliverables, timing, revision limits, and technical specifications are determined by that documentation. We may use qualified contractors or service providers to assist with production while remaining responsible for our contractual obligations.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are based on the information available when issued and may expire on the date stated. Additional work, changed instructions, delayed approvals, reshoots, extra revisions, licensing, travel, or third-party costs may require a revised quote. Payment schedules and accepted methods will appear in the applicable project documents. Invoices are due as stated. We may pause work or withhold final deliverables when an undisputed payment is overdue. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes imposed on our net income.
Client Materials & Usage Rights
You retain ownership of materials you provide, including footage, logos, music, scripts, images, and trademarks. You grant us a limited license to copy, edit, adapt, store, and use those materials solely to perform the requested services. You represent that you have all permissions required for their use and that our authorized use will not violate another party’s rights. Rights in final deliverables transfer or are licensed only as specified in the project documents and after required payment is received.
Intellectual Property
Clip Maro Productions Inc. retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, workflows, templates, production methods, know-how, site content, branding, and reusable elements. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, drafts, unused concepts, source files, working files, and internal project materials are not deliverables. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective license terms. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content through automated means, impersonate another person, or use our services for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or abusive material. We may reject or discontinue work that reasonably appears to violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Creative outcomes depend on project scope, client materials, approvals, distribution platforms, and other factors outside our control. We do not warrant uninterrupted site access or compatibility with every device or third-party platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clip Maro Productions Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. Revised Terms become effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
